All custom and personalized items are non-refundable. However, we will repair or replace any defective product. This is does not include damage from normal wear and tear. If you are dissatisfied with any product, please contact us and we will do our best to make things right.

All stock items (non-customized / non-personalized) are fully refundable if returned in new condition within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us below to get a return authorization number and return instructions.
